Acoustics is the DNA of Lahnau Akustik GmbH, which, as Wilhelmi Werke AG, developed and produced innovative building materials made from recycled glass, metal, wood and acoustic foam in Germany for over 70 years until 2005. Our product range of innovative ecological acoustic building materials made from recycled glass, metal and acoustic foam is very extensive and specially designed for use in office buildings, banks, concert halls, community centers, schools and kindergartens.
As the manufacturer we consider it our task to make approved ceiling and wall systems available to planners, clients and public authorities for them to accomplish the building they envisage; these systems are designed to fulfil a multitude of requisite boundary conditions such as acoustic properties, fire protection, light reflectance, stability, flexibility and above all the individual needs and demands of the user.
